Located in Place Grimaldi which lies along rue de la Liberte, we meandered into Bozen on a whim, simply looking for a decent place to eat, preferably Asian-style food. Bozen met the bill.
The restaurant has a chain feel with an extensive Japanese cuisine style offering but some interesting Westernized twists. I liked that the menu had photos of most plates so you had a good idea of what to expect.
We order a deep fried rice and salmon dish, grilled salmon poke bowl and salmon tartare (I guess we felt like salmon that night). Everything was served quickly, efficiently and was well flavored. No complaints other than the restaurant is extremely bright (white lights and white walls) which gave it a somewhat anti-septic feel. Enjoy!
We dined on their terrace two nights in a row! The staff was super friendly, the sushi was delicious and the service was really fast! Good price / quality and great location! I would recommend 100% if you visit Nice!
What a fantastic dinner experience and a great time at Bozen Nice last night. Their menu is really special and features some unique dishes we have never seen before. So we had a hard time selecting our order as everything looked delicious. Service was super friendly, fast and attentive. Food arrived quickly, freshly prepared and hot. Specifically the sushi rolls were mind blowing!! Go there when in Nice. Price-Value compared to a lot of other places in Nice is fair. Only downside is their limited wine selection by the glass.
Good sushi; service a little slow. They do not speak English but we pointed to what we wanted.
I order food in 8Pm and now it’s 22:18 I’m still waiting my order!!! Nobody answer over the phone ! nobody come to give me the food . Horrible service, don’t respect. I call 21:30 they said 10 minutes someone will be there with your food . And after nothing nobody answered!

I ordered a take away sure fry. The staff was very pleasant, accomodating and professional, the food was tasty, on time, they give you quite a bit of salmon in the stir fry... Hit the spot
